1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winkpk website at winkpk.net, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, sports bet, or promotional offer on the winkpk platform, you (the "User" or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the winkpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the winkpk platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "winkpk," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the winkpk platform, its operators, and its licensed entities.
• "Platform" means the winkpk website at winkpk.net, including all games, sportsbook markets, payment interfaces, and customer support systems accessible through it.
• "User," "Player," or "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the winkpk Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means a registered winkpk user account created in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User into their winkpk Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and available for wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by winkpk to a User's account subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 7.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by winkpk prior to withdrawal processing.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The winkpk platform is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. winkpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one winkpk account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. winkpk shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a User's failure to provide accurate registration details.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. winkpk does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where the use of online gambling platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winkpk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winkpk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the winkpk support team immediately at [email protected]. winkpk may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

4.3 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your winkpk account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real-Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the KYC requirements set out in Section 6.

4.4 Account Suspension by winkpk. winkpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable grounds to believe a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods. winkpk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and winkpk reserves the right to add or remove methods at its discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed on the winkpk deposit page at the time of transaction.

5.3 Currency. All winkpk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the rate applied by the relevant payment processor. winkpk is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.

5.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your winkpk account are legally obtained and belong to you. winkpk does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a User. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the User's own name may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Failed Deposits. winkpk is not liable for failed or delayed deposits resulting from issues with the User's payment provider, mobile network, or banking institution. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, the User should contact the winkpk support team with proof of transaction.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, winkpk requires Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC verification will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6.2 Withdrawal to Registered Method. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own name and that matches the identity documents provided during KYC. winkpk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Processing Times. winkpk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within two to five business days from the date of approval, subject to KYC completion. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment method and the User's financial institution. winkpk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds credited to a User's account are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 7. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn. Only the withdrawable portion of the account balance, as displayed in the User's account dashboard, is eligible for withdrawal at any given time.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by winkpk are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.

7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the winkpk platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are as follows unless specified otherwise in individual promotion terms:

• Slots (including Rise of Apollo and Lucky Piggy): 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting (pre-match and live markets): 20% contribution
• Jackpot Games: 5% contribution
• Video Poker and Table Games (non-live): 10% contribution

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining bonus funds will be removed from the account upon expiry.

7.5 Abuse of Promotions. winkpk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently close accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has abused the promotional system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

7.6 One Bonus at a Time. Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the terms of a specific winkpk promotion. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is active may result in the cancellation of one or both bonuses.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the winkpk platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or help section. By participating in any game, the User agrees to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Sportsbook Markets. All sports betting markets on winkpk — including cricket (PSL, international matches, domestic tournaments), football, and UFC — are subject to the winkpk Sportsbook Rules. Markets are offered at the sole discretion of winkpk and may be suspended, voided, or settled in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules in the event of abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances.

8.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or balance, winkpk reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly. winkpk is not liable for losses arising from the User's reliance on an erroneously displayed figure prior to correction.

8.4 Bet Acceptance. winkpk reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. The placing of a bet by a User does not constitute acceptance by winkpk until confirmed by the platform. No bet shall be deemed accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winkpk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match-fixing or any manipulation of sporting events on which winkpk offers markets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the winkpk platform — any such discovery must be reported immediately to [email protected]
• Attempting to launder funds or use the winkpk platform for any illegal financial activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited
• Allowing any third party to use your winkpk account or using a third party's account
• Making chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without the prior written consent of winkpk

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the winkpk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of winkpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the winkpk platform without the prior written consent of winkpk.

11 Privacy & Data

winkpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winkpk will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the terms of our gaming licence.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 The winkpk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winkpk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13.2 winkpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

13.3 winkpk's total cumulative liability to any User in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

winkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, winkpk will provide notice to registered Users via email or a prominent on-platform notice at least 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory authority, or for the prevention of fraud.

Continued use of the winkpk platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winkpk holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between the laws of different jurisdictions, the laws applicable under the gaming licence shall prevail.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a User and winkpk, the User should first contact the winkpk support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. winkpk will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified under winkpk's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from the winkpk support team upon request.

15.4 Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. Users waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action proceeding against winkpk.
